Senior Training Sessions 2012:
Thursday Evenings: 21:00 to 22:00
Senior Membership & Training Fees 2012:
Water Polo – Competitive: £33:20 + £10:00 for first year
Membership fee covers the cost of ASA insurance.
Membership fee for senior water polo does not apply to existing club members.
Senior training fees (1 x session per week): £9:35 p/m
Payment of training fees is by monthly standing order only and separate to any swimming fees.

Dover Life Guard Club offers the game of Water Polo to all swimmers, however due to the nature of the game it is recommended that they are strong swimmers with the ability to swim 50 metres Front Crawl, have the confidence to swim in deep water and be able to tread water for at least 1 minute.
The senior squad plays in the Kent Water Polo League against the following clubs in Kent - Beckenham, Bexley, Sevenoaks, RTW Monson, Faversham, Hythe and Folkestone.
Training is fun and includes a huge amount of "egg beater" (a stronger form of treading water), ball control using both hands and shooting skills. This progresses to much more physical contact and considerably more swimming.
